Two Years

Two years back I would want to be,
I hated God that I never will be.
She was there right before me,
yet the clues I did not see.

Make me suffer like You want to,
because I knew joy from pain.
It is You who have taught me so,
that looses are worthy of praise than gain.

Two years passed since that day,
I regret saying I'm fine that You never said,
Because I scorn the day I didn't stay,
and never got to know her that way.

Dig a grave for me in heaven,
and let me know if death is sweet.
For life is bitter here on earth,
and hell is but another name for it.

- GS

"What is more painful - to loose what is valuable or to regret that it slips passed your finger and you never realized it, only to find out later that it is too late?"
